Pauline Bourdon brings a unique set of logistical expertise and unshakable commitment to climate and social justice. Over the years she has supported major festivals and events from Glastonbury Festival (Silver Hayes) and Boomtown Fair to FORWARDS Festival, Love Saves The Day and Simple Things Festival, first building her career in Artist Logistics and Accreditation Management.
Pauline’s values and creativity have always been at the heart of her life and career. Her time growing up in France nourished a profound love and respect for artists, cultural spaces and their ecosystem of creatives. In 2021, seven years after moving to the UK, she took a bold leap and founded Soliphilia. A consultancy that would merge her passion for artist development and for a fairer, greener and kinder future for the music industry.

Beyond her consultancy work, Pauline is a committed educator and advocate for knowledge sharing and collaborative learning for systemic change. She lectures in climate & social justice in the music industry at universities such as BIMM Bristol & London and regularly guest lectures across the UK. She is part of a pioneering industry network of changemakers, contributing to the UK music industry’s transition and beyond. Pauline was also selected as part of the 100 most influential and engaged industry professionals in the UK in 2025 by AAA.
